Panel sizes

• Kapton/Polyester, 24" wide available in continuous roll; fabrication up to 124" length.

PTFE

• 36"-48" good usable material width, length up to 108". Most fabrication requires multiple unit panelization for effective material utilization. Material procured 37.5" x 106" or 50" x 110" to increase utilization. We can keep you panelized for the greatest material utilization. Some materials are available in custom lengths, so call us for greater detail.

FR-4

• 48" x 72" along with a variety of size and shape requirements.

Kapton/PET

• bonding with PSA to foam substrates has been part of our production capabilities for over 7 years in both prototype and volume quantities.

Plating finishes / Conformal Coating

• Several proprietary methods as prescribed by customer. Common availability is immersion tin .000025" - .00005" thickness, and UV cure soldermasks. Tin up to 102", soldermask up to 60" with a single pass, 100" with two passes.

PTH's (plated through holes)

• Flex Circuits - not available
• PTFE material - very limited availability
• FR-4 material - some limitations may exist.

Bonding

• We have been successful bonding 2-3 pieces of laminate material 36" x 72". Availability and capabilities handled on an "as needed" basis.

Experience

• We fabricate over 2500 panels of PTFE type material 36" x 80" or 36" x 102" annually.
